——Quality Assurance Terms:
1. Our company ensures the quality and quantity of the products it sells.  
2. When the outer packaging of a product is severely damaged, customers have the right to refuse the product.  
3. After receiving the goods, if customers find any quality problems, including those that occur during transportation, they will be replaced within five days (excluding damages caused by customers' actions).  
4. The products sold by our company are under national warranty, and customers can repair them nearby with their warranty card; For items that cannot be covered by nationwide warranty, customers can send them back to our location for repair with our company's label at the time of receipt (any costs incurred during repairs outside the warranty period will be borne by the customer).  
——Exchange and return terms:
1. If customers find any quality problems that cannot be used within three days after receiving the goods, they can replace them free of charge. (Except for damages caused by human factors)
2. If there are any quality issues with the products purchased from our company that cannot be used during the warranty period, please contact us and our company will be responsible for repairing the products. (Except for intentional damage caused by human factors)
3. For products that exceed the warranty period, our company will assist in resolving quality issues, and any additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer.  
——Conditions for returning or exchanging goods:
1. Return the complete product. There should be no shortage unless the product is already incomplete;  
2. All packaging and accessories of the product should be complete;  
3. Please ask the customer to specify the reason for return and your other requirements in the remarks. If customers discover any quality issues, we will assist you in resolving them through friendly negotiation; If there are any issues that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the two parties, they can be referred to the Consumer Association or relevant departments
